Application Firewall

PayTrace uses an application firewall to help keep its systems secure from outside threats. The application firewall controls input, output, and/or access from, to, or by an application or service. It operates by monitoring and potentially blocking the input, output, or system service calls which can be potentially harmful. If the firewall runs into any potential issues or threats, then the below image will be displayed to the user. The most common problem that produces this error message is using two consecutive hypens (dashes "—") when submitting a request. However there are other combinations of special characters that might result in this warning message. We suggest looking back over the data you are trying to submit and removing any special characters that could be causing your transaction to be blocked.
