Enable Failed Email

Use the Message Center on the PayTrace home page to enable bounced email addresses.

How to Use This Page

  1. From the 'Message Center' section of the PayTrace home page click the 'Details/Enable' link for the email address that needs to be enabled.
  2. Once the pop up window for the specific email address appears Click the 'Enable' link.
  3. Click the 'Would you like to close this window?' link to close the window and clear the bounced email alert from the Message Center.

NOTE:
Before the bounced email address is enabled it is best to determine why the email address didn't work in the first place, and resolve that issue. The 'Details' on the Enable Failed Email page include the error code and a description on why the email address was rejected.
