Possible Errors Displayed
If the PayTrace API option isn’t enabled on the PayTrace account the merchant will see the error message depicted to the right when trying to use PayTrace GO. Enabling the API will resolve this error.
If when a card is swiped on PayTrace GO the merchant receives the message depicted to the right, there is a good chance that the MagTek/Magensa Encryption service is not enabled on the account. Enabling this service will resolve this error unless they have a reader that does not have the correct encryption.
