Summary of Issue
Since 3/31, we have been noticing a large number of email delivery issues where receipts and reports are getting sent to junk and spam folders when they used to be successfully delivered. Upon investigating the matter further, it appears there might have been content filtering changes made by the McAfee antivirus program, that is resulting in receipt and reports getting routed to junk and spam folders.
As a work around to resolve this problem, we are advising clients to white list the email addresses of moc.ecartyap|snoitacifiton#moc.ecartyap|snoitacifiton and ten.vsatm.mp|secnuob_mp#ten.vsatm.mp|secnuob_mp in their antivirus program to allow for successful delivery of these emails. You may need to contact your IT Departments for help getting access to your antivirus programs.
We are further researching any updates made by McAfee that could potentially impact the delivery of emails from PayTrace. We will continue to provide more information as it becomes available to us.
