Use the Contact section to modify the business' contact information. It is critical that this information is accurate and complete.

How to Use This Page

  1. Modify fields as needed.
  2. Leave a note of the changes made.
  3. Click the Save button.

NOTE:
Accounts may be closed by clicking the Close Account button (at the bottom of the page).

Required Fields

Business / Contact Information
Business Name
Must consist of 1 to 50 alpha-numeric characters. The business name will be displayed on their customer's bank statements and displayed on receipts.
Contact Name
Must consist of 1 to 50 alpha-numeric characters. The contact name should reference the person at the business that PayTrace will contact in an emergency.
Country (if applicable)
Select the country where the merchant is located from the drop down.
Address
Must consist of 1 to 50 alpha-numeric characters. This address is the business' contact address and will be displayed on receipts.
Phone Number
Must consist of a valid telephone number without spaces (e.g., 555-555-5555, (555)555-5555, or 5555555555). This telephone number will be displayed on the customer's bank statements and the receipts.
Email Address
Must consist of a valid email address of 7 to 50 alpha-numeric characters. This will be the Administrative email address and all receipts, batch reports, monthly statements, and other correspondence will be sent to this email address. This email address will be displayed on receipts and the shopping cart page if applicable.

Address Continued
Must also consist of 1 to 50 alpha-numeric characters. This information is part of the business' contact address and will be displayed on their receipts.
City
Must consist of 1 to 50 alpha-numeric characters. The city is part of the business' contact address and will be displayed on their receipts.
State
Must consist of an option from the drop down list. The state is part of the business' contact address and will be displayed on their receipts.
ZIP
Must consist of 1 to 9 numeric digits (e.g., 12345 or 123451234). The ZIP is part of the business' contact address and will be displayed on their receipts.
Fax Number
Must consist of a valid facsimile number without spaces (e.g., 555-555-5555, (555)555-5555, or 5555555555). This fax number will be used to contact the business, if the need arises.
Alternate Email Address
May consist of a valid email address of 7 to 50 alpha-numeric characters. All receipts, batch reports, monthly statements, and other correspondence will be sent to this email address.
Web Address
Must consist of a valid web URL of 11 to 250 alpha-numeric characters. This address will be displayed on receipts and is required when using the shopping cart add-on.
Statement Description
Please select either the Phone/City or the Custom Radio button. By default, PayTrace will provide the phone number/city of the business on the customer's statement, per Visa/MasterCard regulations. However, merchants may choose to display another value in place of their phone number/city.
Statement Text
May be up to 13 characters in length.
Sales Rep Name
Please provide the name of the sales rep that sold this account.
