PayTrace enables you to extract/download your settled transaction history to QuickBooks formatted .iif files that may then be imported/uploaded into your QuickBooks financial management system.

How to Use This Page

  1. Click on the Quickbooks Report link from the Virtual Terminal menu
  2. Provide the appropriate names for your Quickbooks Accounts
  3. Select the date range to download
  4. Click Download Report

Field Information

Required Fields

Cash Sale Account
The name of the QuickBooks account that manages your cash sale receipts.
Invoice Account
The name of the QuickBooks account that manages your invoices.
Payment Account
The name of the QuickBooks account that manages your payments.
Funding Account
The name of the QuickBooks account that receives the deposits for your payments.
Credit/Refund Account
The name of the QuickBooks account that receives/reimburses your refunds.
Class Name
The name of the QuickBooks class that references these transactions. Please use a colon (:) to reference sub-classes.
Customer Name
The default name for your customers when a transaction's customer name value is empty.
Item Name/ID
The default name for your products when the transaction's product name/ID is empty.
Item Account
The name of the QuickBooks account that manages your default product.
Item Name/ID
The name/ID of your internal term for duty.
Item Account
The name of the QuickBooks account that manages your duty.
Item Name/ID
The name/ID of your internal term for freight.
Item Account
The name of the QuickBooks account that manages your freight.

Optional Fields

Enable Sales Tax
Whether your business collects sales tax. If this value is enabled, then the Sales Tax Account is required.
Sales Tax Name
The name of the Sales Tax.
Sales Tax Account
The name of the QuickBooks account that manages your sales tax.
